TheFolder Pane displays all folders in Outlook. If the Folder Pane is minimized, you won't be able to see your folders. There are two ways you can view the Folder Pane. 1. Expand the Folder Pane by clicking the > on the left side of the screen. 2. Click View > Folder Pane > Normal. Tip: Click Minimized to minimize the Folder Pane or Off to Toreset an app's data, open the Settings app from your Start menu. Head to System > Apps & Features. Locate the app you want to reset in the list of installed apps and click or tap it. Click the "Advanced Options" link under the application's name. Click or tap the "Reset" button to reset an app's settings. Hereis how: Step 1: Launch Outlook's email by clicking "New Email". Step 2: Choose "Options" followed by "Save Sent Item" drop-down menu. Step 3: Choose "Other folder" and click "New" given in the Select Folder window. Step 4: This will set a new folder which will save your sent messages. Click "OK" to confirm.

OpenOutlook and navigate to the "View tab". Click on the "View Settings option", which will open the Advanced Settings window. From there, select the "Filter option" and go to the "More Choices tab". Uncheck all enabled options and click the Save button.

Emailsin the Spam and Draft folder will NOT be restored. Emails in the Trash folder will be restored to the Inbox. Emails in the Sent, Archive, and Custom folders will be restored to the inbox. Non-email messages, such as those from marketing mailing lists that may have discounts, coupons, and deals can't be restored.
